Sybils.Club aggregates predictions using AI. Important: AI-assisted evaluation is probabilistic and may be incorrect. The Service may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
3. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
The content provided on Sybils.Club is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- We are not financial advisors.
- Do not make investment, trading, or financial decisions based on the data, rankings, or verification statuses found on this website.
- We accept no liability for any financial losses you may incur.
4. Closed beta; free access
The Service is currently in closed beta. Features may change or break. We do not guarantee uptime or data preservation.
5. Accounts (Google / X)
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (links/screenshots). You grant us a license to display and analyze it. You represent that your content is public and legal.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the site, abuse the API, or post illegal content. We reserve the right to ban users at our discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED EUR 100. The Service is provided "AS IS".
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
